Even though it's been a while since I read The Price Of Loving A Boss, the author did a great job of making sure I didn't miss a beat . My memory was refreshed and I was still able to enjoy this spin off,Now, let's get to it. Diamond pissed me off sooooooooooo bad. I don't wanna give the book away but I will say that some women don't deserve a good man. Arson got on my last nerves . Gee loves hard and it shows that he has old school values when it comes to marriage which I love about him . Emo is a damn trip . Red was out of line. Yazz need to man up . Kiana seem like she the one for Emo but I don't know. The Fox . Lmao. I just loved this stand alone all around . It taight us a valuable lesson about what being a woman is like .

Why they won’t let Gee and Diamond be great. This was a good spin off. I really enjoyed it. I glad almost everyone found there happy ending.
I overall was a little disappointed with Diamond she should of keep it real with Gee. She probably wouldn't had to go through what she went though if she was honest and loyal. This novel taught me the true meaning of all money ain't good money.
Wow. What a speedy read. I was wondering what was up with Kimball. I am still wondering was there more with Parrish? I am a bit suspicious that KoJo & Arson's father isn't also hers. I can't say much more without spoiling the story. I am never disappointed when I get a book by You Kia Jones..keep it coming!
D diamond loved Her but money and fame got the best of her? She thought that she could do everything on her on! She wanted the fame but forgot about her family! Taking those nude shots was wrong on all levels. Red was just lonely and horny! Almost losing Yazz made her see how much she loved him! Too bad Emo hot in the middle! Good all around series!!!
OMG KIA did it again!!!! I absolutely loved the Gee and Diamond story. I liked how we still got a peek into Yazz, Emo, and Red's life as well. I couldn't put it down. It was Lit from start to finish. My emotions were all over the place, didn't see that plot twist coming. Wonderful ending. I would love for the next spin-off the be the Emo and Miranda story. I want to see Miranda turn-up and be the ride or die that Emo needs.
If wish Diamond would've came clean about the photo shoot then Arson would not have felt like he had the upper hand and was able to do all those things to her. And Shana...how could you be so hurt over someone who doesn't even remember your name? I'm glad everyone was ok at the end but I still feel like something is missing. I had no idea there was a book before this so maybe that's what I'm missing. All in all it was a good read.
I am happy that this story came to an end. I read the series, and I remembered the major characters. As I stated before and still believe that Diamond is still weak. She stood there and let Arson raped her twice and she did nothing. She did not even want to report him to the police. I give Gee all the respect in the world because he restrained from having sex with Parish. He truly only wanted friendship even though Parish thought otherwise. It was a little unclear her relationship with Kojo. I still like Emo and Red. I wish Emo and Red get their story. I do not like Yazz for Red because he disrespected her too many times. Yazz karma came back for him when he mess with Gee ex-fiancee and Red many girlfriends. And even though Arson was a creep, and don't mine a story with him and Kiana. At least, Kiana stood her ground with him.
